I found the staff helpful and polite . My room included everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated the efficient service at Marco's restaurant. The car park offered many spaces. I found the availability very convenient. I also enjoyed using the on-site spa and steam room.

i found the welcome from julie at the front desk genuinely warm. the hotel's modern interior was a pleasant surprise. the room i had was a decent size with a very comfortable bed (i slept like a baby!). i enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its variety of options.

the location provides easy access to the high street, and taxis, including uber, are readily available nearby. this proximity made exploring local attractions and commuting very convenient. everything was within easy reach.

the room i had was somewhat worn. it definitely needed some tlc (though i guess for the price, it wasn't terrible). one of the rooms for our group lost electricity at night. the family occupying it had to move everything. this was annoying since we had a wedding the next day. everyone needed to shower and get to sleep, but the hotel didn't really do much to make up for it. such a customer service failure!

i noticed limited toilet roll of a poor standard. there were only 3 tissues in the box in the bathroom. i was charged a fee per night to park, a cost i felt was excessive for a guest.
